re: has any reporter brought up Ingram's unproductiveness to Payton?

He's a hell of a pass blocker. He rarely misses an assignment. When he's in defenses always think run, so we get away with the pass sometimes.

Um, I think those players would and did get yards in those scenarios. So did Emmitt Smith. We just don't have the pound and grind OL that a back that Ingram needs to de successful. Pierre is much better for our OL and RB pass game. Hard to judge BAMA rbs cause of the OL they run behind.

The just said it on Sports Today in BR. And i agree. I think the play calling is terrible when Ingram is in the game. The defense doesn't even bother worrying about passing when Ingram comes in, so he's always running against loaded boxes. They either need to not play him or change up the play cling when he's in. It's way too predictable right now when he comes in. Very similar to when LSU would put RS in at QB.

One game on 3rd and a long 2, we will play action to Ingram and score a TD, guaranteed.

Poor playcalling while Ingram is in does not excuse his complete lack of vision.

Ingram couldn't hit a hole if it had hair around it.

Draft choice bust.
