Guy taken out of dome on stretcher

Anybody else see this? Just wondering what actually happened. I'm in 606 and it happened around 608. It looked pretty bad.

i was in section 504 and it happened two sections over. guy looked pretty lifeless on stretcher. they were doing cpr or anything. not sure what happened

I sit in 610, Ive been waiting see what popped up on here about it. I was honestly kind of relieved to see him on a stretcher, the way everyone jumped up and was looking close to the rail I thought someone went over.
