If you draft well you don't need a cap specialist.
As is, any GM can work the cap. That is the easy part of the job. Loomis isn't some cap genius; he's only gotten that rep because that is all he did.

Fair point. But just about ever single pick in tis draft is having an immediate starting impact outside of Grayson who's now the backup and Peat who's already started a game and been in plenty outside of injury. We haven't even seen what Tull and Pj Williams will contribute.
