I was someone that was very excited about the potential of Spiller in our offense. And I understand he hasn't exactly been healthy for more than a full game. But I expected to get a better feel today on how he was going to be used and I just haven't.

So any idea how we are supposed to get the most out of him when we have Khiry still taking snaps from him?

Payton's play calling is pedestrian.

Sign as many backs, WRs and TEs as you want. Until the Saints fix their terrible lines on both sides of the ball it won't make a difference

letting sproles go and signing him as of right now makes absolutely no sense at all, at least we used sproles this front office has gone to shite and it is taking the team and the legacy these players created down with it. The glory days are over

We needed a decoy for the decoy role.

Having any wr that could actually get open regularly and stretch the field might help.

FIFY

Some of you have held on to this notion that we would stay good after the SB.

To others, it was obvious. This front office is a joke. It started when Goodell rolled them over like bitches and NO ONE DID A frickING THING TO STAND UP FOR THE ORGANIZATION.

NE has shown you why they are better.

Do yourself a favor and let your tickets go (if you have tic). You will never look back

not having Armstead today definitely hurt but even with him Cox & Logan would have given our line a lot of problems.

it was just a bad matchup.

I hope Armstead can go on Thursday.

but I agree, we need help at guard bad. Peat played okay today but it was his man that made the play that pretty much put us away. I think it was Cox who had a sack/fumble recovery that set them up deep in our territory.

Spiller runs that wheel route most of the time. How else has he really been featured? I know he doesn't have a lot of snaps but come on man... find more ways to get him involved.

You have Ingram and Robinson running the ball and Spiller should be in the Bush/Sproles role. That's the way it's always been. Did Sproles lose touches because they had Mark Ingram and Pierre Thomas?

What is inexplicable to me is that the WRs are crap and God knows he has to have the ability to run a route or two.

That pretty much says it all.
