I gave up my tickets after the Super Bowl season. I honestly would rather watch on tv at home or my favorite bar.

When I built my house 2 years ago, I had a 12' screen installed. It makes me second guess going to the games. The thing is that nothing compares to the energy of being in that dome on game day, and no large screen can ever replace it.

I'm not going to lie. "Passing Complete" vs "Pass Incomplete" used to drive me absolutely insane with his dad.

They are trying to copy or emulate the Seahawks.

This all goes back to that hellride of a Seahawks game in December of 2013, where Payton and the Saints got the absolute pants beaten off them at the C-Link in Seattle. Payton was shell shocked by how loud and hostile it was, how it impacted the team, and he even made a point of saying so at the time. Payton also made a conspicuous point, saying that from that point forward, the Saints were going to start bringing in new ideas and copying the things that various other teams do around the league, to increase the home advantage and increase fan participation. That was also why the siren was introduced on 3rd down in 2014. And in one of the games last year (forget which one) they had towels given out to the fans, on the seats, copying the Pittsburgh Steelers.
