Drew Brees on The Herd this morning @ 11:15

Thanks for the heads up. I used to listen to Cowherd quite a bit. I flipped him on and he's talking politics and I remember why I quit listening.

Basically, he asked Drew about the opening road games and how confident he was about the schedule in general... Drew said it's going to be tough but we should have no issue. Pretty standard answer.

He then asked him how much the loss of Sproles is and Drew was actually surprisingly vocal about this saying basically that it hurts him to see him walk, and that he and Sproles were working out this offseason together (as they always do) and went on to say that they've had discussions about the upcoming season and had "big plans" in the making.
He did say that he trusts Loomi$ and CSP stating pretty firmly that if they make a decision it's usually the right one.
Also says he, CSP, and Loomi$ talk regularly and they ask his opinion on FA's (no names were mentioned).

Of course, Herd slid a question about Jimmy and his position battle.
Drew laughed and said "I hate this question..." He then went on to say that he's revolutionizing his position, called him a "Hybrid" and not once mentioned any specific position (TE or WR).
He did however say that he's "extremely confident" the team will reach a long term agreement with him.

Pretty sure that was about it.
