Honestly, I feel like more teams should go for it on 4th down.
Also, considering it's the Saints, I'd much rather Drew try to get the first down, than putting our defense back on the field.

Without the history to back it up? When your sample size is this tiny, history is irrelevant unless MAYBE you're at one extreme or the other. Would be much more relevant and predictive to look at overall offensive prowess (checkmark here) and short yardage situations throughout the games (not sure here, but probably pretty good).
