The paper you are referring to was called GridWeek. You can find some old copies on Ebay. I have a few in my collection.

Saints stuff is historically very, very, very hard to find for several reasons: 1) they weren't good so nobody collected their stuff 2) they weren't good, so manufacturers didn't waste their time making alot of it 3)New Orleanians residents rarely relocate, so their items didn't get dispersed throughout the country, so locals have the stuff and don't want to part with it 4)they didn't have star players (except Manning and maybe Abramowicz in the early days) so items weren't produced. 5)Katrina destroyed alot of items people had in their homes.
