Or will Allen revert to using Harris and make Crawley inactive again.

I sure in the frick hope not, but like on the td drive when he went all zone it looks like sometimes he wants to keep trying to prove he's right.

Hell I hope when Lattimore comes back we keep Maulet on the 53 and send Harris to the PS.

He sure as hell better. The kid is a gamer for sure and I don't care what Payton thinks, but Crawley deserves playing time over Harris at this point.

Also, if you noticed, we played way more man coverage yesterday than we had in the previous two games. We had major success in preseason primarily playing man. No blown coverages yesterday, plus Cam had to fit it in tight windows. Shocker we saw improvement frick DA for just now figuring this out

Yeah zone was rare yesterday, but we went all zone on the td drive we gave up. Should be pretty obvious to stop playing zone, or at least so much of it in a row.

Maybe a little mix here and there with the occasional zone blitz the throw them off.

Don't know. I do hope so because Miami has much better receivers, especially once KB went down for Carolina.

Agreed. Better he figure it out 2 games into the season than 8 games, I guess.

Of course fingers crossed he sticks with this style going forward.

The idea of having Breaux, Lattimore, Crawley, and Williams all healthy at the same time is actually very interesting. Not saying Legion of Boom good but I think that CB group could be pretty good.

I had the same question today. If he goes from being inactive to starting in Lattimores place, then why the hell is he not our 3rd best DB on the field in nickel and dime packages every week.

LINK Saints receive roster exemption for Willie Snead; re-sign John Kuhn, Kendall Langford

The New Orleans Saints made a series of roster moves after Sunday's game.

The Saints received a roster exemption for wide receiver Willie Snead, whose three-game suspension for an alcohol-related incident in June was lifted by the NFL commissioner, according to Monday's NFL Transactions report.

Coach Sean Payton said Friday that Snead would fly to London with the team for Week Four's game against the Miami Dolphins. With the suspension lifted, Snead should be available.

Meanwhile, the Saints re-signed fullback John Kuhn and defensive lineman Kendall Langford, both of whom were released as vested veterans ahead of Week Three.

Kuhn's return was expected when considering he was in Charlotte for the game against the Carolina Panthers and he made the trip Sunday night to London with the Saints.

To make room on the roster, the Saints waived rookie cornerback Arthur Maulet and released offensive tackle Bryce Harris as a vested veteran.

The Saints elevated Maulet from the practice squad to the active 53-man roster on Saturday. He played 16 snaps on special teams against the Panthers.

Kind of surprised that we waived Maulet instead of Justin Hardee.

When does Breaux come back? Have they set a date? When fully healthy and continued improvement on the other guys, I could see us having a solid secondary.

I believe week 9 will be his first eligible game. After 6 weeks he can practice but can't play until after 8 full weeks.

Man, wish it was sooner. Still I'm ready for him to be back and besides this crew from Sunday can have more time to gel and up their game.
