Does anyone think we will get this yrs 2nd rnd draft pick back?

The way the bounty case was handled I don't see why we shouldn't and we already gave up last years.

Not only has it been asked 5,000 times, but it's also never happening.

That's open for a lot of interpretation. The Organization did what it was supposed to do. Benson kept his mouth shut. Loomis kept his mouth shut. Vitt kept his mouth shut (sort of). And Payton fell on his sword.
The players were only looking out for themselves, but they do not speak for the organization. Plus, half the players who challenged Goodell don't even play for the Saints anymore. And for that matter, Will Smith rarely, if ever, opened his mouth about it.
But yeah, no. He's not giving it back.

In sure that this was discussed in their meeting and the decision is already made. We just don't know. It's a waiting game right now.
