I know anything can happen if you get in blah blah blah....but I'm about checked out and would just prefer the draft pick.

I know its anathema to say it, but no, I don't really want them to if I'm being honest. I was cheering last night, but now...

This team has problems. We need the help.

Of course I do. All they need is a chance. Not to mention the experience for the guys that you hope to be there next year and the year or so after inside the Brees window.

Draft pick please. Let Atlanta go get their heads bashed in while securing a lower draft pick in the process

Absolutely.

2011 Giants. Nuff said.

ETA: frick all of you bandwagon fans wanting to take for draft picks already. Go follow the Patriots or Broncos or some shite.

I hear what you're saying, but it is very likely that this team wouldn't do much in the playoffs. This team has severe problems that won't be helped this year.

Payton and company will get it right this offseason though.

I have really moved on from the "we're still in it" discussion. Does anyone have any confidence that we could win a postseason game?

Of course I want us to, but I'm starting to accept reality.

Yes, but not the way we are getting there.

This is a bad football team with recurring problems that show it week in and out.

It would be invaluable experience for Mark Ingram, Kenny Stills, Terron Armstead, Josh Hill, Kenny Vaccaro, Brian Dixon, Hicks, Jenkins, etc....that kind of thing you can't teach. It might not be pretty or how they want to get there, but at least they'll have that experience and expectation in their own minds going forward.

This is where I'm at. I don't see the problems we're having now suddenly fixing themselves and we go on this magical playoff run. This just isn't a good football team.

I absolutely want to make the playoffs.

We draft shitty in the first round anyway.

I've always attacked people and said "Of course you want them to make the playoffs."

But this team and this season has just sucked all of the fight out of me. I am beaten down by 3 straight losses in the Dome.

I can see that this team is just heavily, heavily flawed. I think, at this point, I'd rather pick 12th than 22nd.

And I know that's not a good fan thing to say, but its true.

I think that we beat detroit at home. GB at home is a winable game as well (we already beat them)

Anything can happen. Win at home. Go on the road. Bad weather. Fumbles. More fumbles. Win somehow. An upset happens. Home game vs the niners for NFC championship??? Brady doesnt show up for practice and gets benched in the superbowl!!! Anything can happen in the NFL. All it takes is a chance. Win the division and we are in with a home playoff game.

Someone from the South will make the playoffs. I'd rather that be the Saints. I don't care what record gets them in it. And I will love hosting a game against a 10 or 11 win team.

ETA: Until the rule changes, I will not apologize for using it.

We have some major needs, injuries piling up and are sitting at 4-7. I'll take the higher draft pick and start anew next year.
