I feel like a safety valve/playmaker all in one would be tremendous for Brees. he would definitely take some looks away from jimmy at the same time.

We need a 6'2-3" guy with some athleticism like Davonte Adams. Doesn't have to be a blue chipper but someone in that traditional wr 1 mold that we can groom.

that is EXACTLY the role that cooks had before he was injured. Which was a little surprising to most, I think.

Only a couple weeks before he was hurt did we attempt a couple down field passes to him.
