I thought I was watching a recreational kid covering Jerry Rice . Swann, Maulet , hell id rather Brandon Browner . any fricking body except Davante Harris. That guy has no business calling himself a defensive back . He doesn't even deserve to have covers on his fricking bed .

Does that about Cover it ?

Pun intended

Agreed, Harris isn't an NFL level corner.

I hate A&M even more now . Unless the player is a fricking pass rusher , Vonn Miller, Michael Bennett. Myles Garrett , do not draft or sign any fricking player from an A&M defense . Especially in this era .

This kid is really bad. He's worse than Jason David, end of his career Fred Thomas...

His play seems to be below that which a NFL team needs.

even more frustrating is he wasn't pulled out of the game when it was obvious he was in over his head.... i mean we have sterling moore on the sideline who would not be near as bad as harris

He was awful for sure. No pass rush to speak of only exacerbates how weak and young the Saints are in the backfield.

I wonder how many of Bradford'so yards were through Harris alone?

Quite a few. But using a LB to cover a wide receiver (more than once) and safeties completely blowing assignments were also major contributors to the awful performance. Most of us could have had a night against that defense.

My question is this: why is DeVante Harris covering their best WR? On what planet is that a good idea?

Secondly, why were there LB's covering WR's downfield?

Next, Sean Payton still refuses to run the goddamn ball in second and short situations. It makes me so red faced furious. It's second and three, why swing it to the RB? Just hand the ball off to your close-to-best RB ever with your former all pro FB lead blocking. The decision making is just ridiculous. It makes it hard to watch.

It's the same goddamn stupid bullshite. Watching last night made me realize it won't change. Nothing will change. Expect the same. If I know that, you think the other NFL teams don't?
