Falcons signed him for 1 year at $1 million.

We signed Kruger for 1 year at $3 million.

Just more free agency blunders from a team with no margin for error.

hindsight is 20/20. This is hardly a "blunder." There was a reason no one else had signed him....he's 45

I think Freeney would have sucked with the Saints.

I'm not sure Jared Allen would sign with the Saints.

To be fair Freeney has been worth 5x what we are paying him. His play and how much he has improved Beasley.

Signing a player who was available at a position of need for us is madden?

I'm actually impressed you used the right "you're"

Just stating the obvious. He did well last year for the Cards and looks like that continued with the Falcons

falconslife is a forum where falcons fans gather and root on the dirty birds. Maybe you'd fit in there since you obviousy don't like the Saints very much?

We don't make the smart decisions. Go get the proven hall of famer still producing, instead we get Kruger.

Idc what anybody says either 2013 Champ had to better than those other chumps even at his worst . I don't feel like he got real shot, we have a dumb team anybody else keeps him on the roster at the very least.

To be fair Lynch looked like a rookie that was totally lost on every snap. Maybe bc he was

I would read more in to Lynch as a starting QB in the NFL than the Falcons developing a legit pass rush in one week

They basically doubled their sack total today. They won't get 6 sacks over the next 4 games

Not how I remember it going down. Freeney came off a really solid year with the Cards but he was old. No one showed him much interest but the Falcons. The contract alone shows he wasn't sought after.
