What happened to the food vendors? There was a time when there were at least a half dozen food vendors in Champion's Square. For the Oakland game it was down to 2. Now it's down to 1 Where you get to pay $11 and wait 30 minutes for a burger. It seems like they could capitalize on having all of those people in that one spot and have more vendors with different choices.

they are probably charging a ridiculous rate which makes it not worth it to the vendor.

The food options in Champions Square and in the dome are laughable. It appears as if they moved most of the food options to the inside area of Champions Square and the only choices in there are nachos, pizza, and jambalaya...

Well that sucks. Was there a couple of years ago and vendors were a plenty.

just seems that in a city known for it's food your food options are frozen burgers and Zatarain's jambalaya.

I agree with this. CS is obviously taking too much of a cut from the food trucks. Or the 2-3hrs of business isn't worth the hassle.

Jambalaya with Remoulde sauce always hits the spot just wish Cajun Corner would take my card instead of having to carry cash.

Well, the good news is there were 3 vendors in the square before the Saints v Broncos game.

The bad news is the food still sucked. Dirty macaroni or hot dogs?

The Chee Weez put on a great show. Playing the National Anthem to close out the show was awesome.

there has been a huge drop in food quality since 2009. That was the peak. Both the arena and the dome had great options. After the Super Bowl they tightened the budget I guess.

I remember looking forward to the nachos in the dome and Cheeburger Cheeburger in the Arena. Now I make sure to eat before the game and I just get a $7 coke to put my crown in.
