I will say...
floor of 20 yrs, ceiling of 60 years...
in a road rage incident gone horribly awry... 5 yrs above the floor seems about right to me
can't disagree with the sentence just handed down
plus he still has the aggravated battery charge still hanging over his head that he goes to trial for in 2 months

If he is convicted, thinking that whatever sentence he is given will run concurrently as well.
26 years in jail for this seems about right given the testimony in the case.

Concurrent sentences are dumb. You should've had to serve those consecutively.

Yup. If he did those two crimes at two separate date and times, he'd have served them separately. It would not be Oh nah man you already did 10 years so you obly have to do 15 more

I don't need to reach for anything. You think you've been impartial, but you weren't. You and LE just enjoyed playing devil's advocate the whole time.
Posted on 4/20/17 at 3:58 pm to LNCHBOX
I believe contrarian is the word you are looking for to describe LE.

Yep.
Fella shoots a man in the back over half a dozen times then shoots his cute little wife for good measure
Totally not a bad guy. Really just a class act and a giant among men.

The thread needs to corrected
Hayes didn't murder Smith

thats semantics. i just laugh when people see you don't agree with them and they think you are defending the other side.
worst part of the entire deal is the scummy friend of smith that sounds like he was the main instigator.
