our season was and has been fricked since we started in such a large hole to begin the year.....

get ready for another 6-10, 7-9 year, with a mid to late first round pick that won't end up being an impact player for us next year.... same shite, different year....

Not really. The Falcons are tanking. The Vikings could have 4-5 losses left on their schedule. If we hadn't shite the bed yesterday and won next week he would've been in great position.

Its true. Even after the lose yesterday we are only 2 games out of the 6th seed. Atlanta plays Carolina twice plus Minnesota, Indy and us again. I wouldn't be surprised to see them finish 8-8.

Looking at all of the teams ahead of us, we have the easiest schedule left. All games seem obviously winnable except for Carolina. This is of course provided we don't see the kind of performance we saw yesterday. Our defense is bad but that was epicly bad.

Are we watching the NFC? 10-6 will definitely be enough provided we beat Atlanta & Philly wins their division.

Tough road to 10-6 for us though and idk that 9-7 does it

One game at a time.

Hopefully Peat is back against the Skins. Same with Ellerbe and/or Kikaha because we need all hands on deck

My 10-6 prediction was provided we beat all of these creampuffs we should be beating, like Tennessee. I like to be generous and positive but I'm really not sure where we're at at this point, on a Monday.

Realistically at this point the only team we can lose to is Carolina. We'd need to beat everyone else. At this point I'm not really confident in that. Saints always struggle on the road at Washington. Atlanta looks defeated honestly, so I think we win that. As for TB...you've seen how we do against rookie QBs. Carolina is going to be a loss for us I believe. I think we handle Detroit and Jacksonville just fine. Houston I am worried about since their Dline is insane...

We won't make the playoffs.

I'm torn because I much prefer it when we win, so I'll continue to root for wins, but next April I'm going to be annoyed if we're picking 17th because we won too many meaningless games.

Sure, 11-5 would be plenty good enough.

We won't get there, though

While I get it

The rookies need to learn what it takes to win. We're a young team, and our positions of need (G, WR, DT) can be had at 17

Serious question?

Really?? We just lost at home to the worst team in the league (well maybe Detroit is worse) and you are talking about playoffs? Not going to happen and frankly we don't deserve it anyway. Just being realistic...

Rex gets fired during bye week maybe . But Vikings and rams are ahead of us and they look legit. So I would say no . plus our coach is ready to coach elsewhere and doesn't want to confirm it

We dont deserve to make the postseason, imho its best for the team if we dont, that will force the FO to make changes where as if we did theyd say we re fine, we made the playoffs last season.
