He needs safety help and a true #1. We should have that going forward

He should start covering TE and big recievers instead of Ginn

Know how I know you haven't been paying attention?

So you're disappointed with our 2015 draft class? Looks like a home run on the field

They've had issues in the draft and made a change because of it. Ireland appears to have been great so far.

Byrd is talented, but was injured. He played well last game, especially given his year off

Lewis was a home run. We'll see about Spiller, but he just won us the game.

Look, I am happy with the 2015 draft class so far. I really am. But, we are 4 games in on that class and we have years of draft and FA busts to point to. I get that we have changed our scouting department and I hope it pays continual dividends. Still, Payton signs off on every acquisition. Blame must be laid at his feet for the total talent meltdown over the past 3-4 years.

Hopefully, things are turning around.

Yet you're posting in a thread about a FA acquisition that is also 4 games in

We also have years of FAs or trades who have been productive or even exceeded expectations. Brees, Greer, Sproles, Shockey, Vilma, Fujita, Lewis, and a bunch of other decent pickups who outplayed their contracts

It has been inconsistent, but calling our FA signings a constant failure is insane over the course of the SP tenure.

putting players in bad positions

Something Payton and Ryan have done a lot of the last two years.

The rookies playing all over the field disagree.
They've had rookies playing all over the field for a few years now and they've all been shite.

I still am optimistic about this group though.

Looks like another iffy FA pick.
