The point of the article is that we've recovered from the penalties.
However, losing two 2nd Round draft picks is the heaviest penalty, and, it was a blatant attempt to kill and bury this franchise.
I don't know if we have recovered from this heavy and unwarranted penalty.

Did the Saints know Roger was in attendance? NBC apparently didn't know, because Al and Cris LOVE to tell America which owners and celebrities are in attendance.
