I happened upon this oldie but goodie tonight. Had to chuckle with the Cajuns. And Bobby Sr. Aiyee!!

Wow i can remember jumping up and down in my room after that goal line stand vs Pitt. Sealed our first winning season I think.

ETA: you're correct, BK. The win against Pitt assured no worse than an 8-7 record.
The win against TB assured the Saints of at least a 9 win season, something they had never done before. I was in the stands for that one, and got pretty emotional. We were a long time sucking...

When Jimmy left the bar (Chal-a-Lal) and was walking through the parking lot he had unkind words for the men who were inside. He did not see more old men walking through the parking lot going into the bar. Jimmy had to hurry and get out of there before he got his arse kicked.
