What are the pros and cons here?
I think McCaffery could be a better pro than Bush was.
Peterson deal seems like an attempt to draft a 2nd rate Fournette whilst rubbing LSU fans the wrong way.

Mcaffrey is going to be a huge bust for anyone taking him in the 1st round. He may be a decent player, but not 1st rnd worthy.

First of all, that's a really stupid statement. Second of all, the Saints wouldn't be able to draft Fournette at 11 anyway. He'll be picked way before then.

I just found a 2006 Gameday Program for the last game of the year vs the Panthers. Reggie Bush had 86 catches going into that game, which led Colston by 16.
McCaffery could be used in the same way and I'm starting to warm up to grabbing him at 11, regardless of Peterson signing or not.
