A new HC or front office ain't happening any time soon, so let's focus on realistic stuff like actual changes to the stale coaching staff. Maybe if we lose out, Payton will see that real changes need to be made

There's no way Loomis leaves but if this season isn't enough to prove Greg McMahon needs to get the boot, I don't know what would.

Something has to change. There's no reason for the defense to be so terrible EVERY year.
And I don't believe our talent evaluation can be THAT bad. At some level, the scheme and the position coaches have to undergo wholesale changes.
