QB- Brees is still Brees. A+
Oline- Wow they looked like a new line. Raiders Front was quiet most the day. A-

RBs- We are loaded at the position everyone ran hard. Cadet a couple dropped balls I'm wondering whats the deal with Spiller. B+

WRs- We look set at the position for a while. A+

TE- Fleener was invisible but I think thats due to him doing alot of chip blocking against DE to slow Mack and company rush down.

Dline-Played good early I dont't know if they got tired late. Need to get more pressure. C-

LBs- Way better than last year. BS call on Robertson to keep drive going. Ball was not catchable. C

DBs- They was doing Great early Breaux went down and Refs got flag happy. They are young and its early in the season they can only get better. C+

Saftey-Vaccarro seems like he has a chip on his shoulder this year. He was hitting hard and Byrd I really couldnt tell. C+

Special Teams- Murphy seemed to be thinking more than trying to break one. Coverage was good on kickoffs. Kicker I think we will be ok with the New Guy first game in a clutch situatio, he has a good leg. C-

Overall the Defense gave up some big plays here and there but we are way better than last year. Overall C+

Giving any unit of the Defense anything higher than an F is foolish. Any NFL team that scores 34 points NEEDS to win that game. Our Defense is a complete abomination.

Tale of 2 games. Lots of positives from 3 quarters and then a complete collapse without Breaux

Raiders fans: F

holy frick that was the most ghetto group I have ever been around and I've been to a lot of college and NFL stadiums. I hope they move to Vegas because if they stay in Oakland that will end up being the only stadium I do not ever watch a Saints away game at. Damn near every Oakland fan I saw looked like they were in a prison gang

I agree with you Goatmilker. 4th was F i gave them a C because of overall game , injury to Breaux, and young DB's. We have to get pressure upfront to help the young DBs out.

By far the worst group of fans to ever visit the dome imo. It was awful.

Overall, C+. I really didn't think it would be that close. I figured O-line was going to get embarrassed.

We need some 3G type blitz packages and just hope we guess right more time than not.

+1

When we walked into the dome and got into our seats, my wife said, "Is this the fanbase that stabs people in the parking lot?"

We were surrounded by Raiders fans. They whined and cried the whole game, and then when they took the lead some tatted up guy in his 40s was yelling Who Dat at everyone. The guys behind us were two 30-something Hispanic guys dropping the F-bomb an average of twice per sentence.

Absolutely. They were unbearably obnoxious. They also are legitimately scary.

Ditto. I usually don't even notice visiting fans that much, but those guys were on a mission to prove that they were a ghetto bunch. Saw several walking around with bandanas covering half their face.

I will give some of them props for having some pretty cool costumes.

security had to come tell the Raiders fan in the row behind us to chill out a couple of times for language and spilling beer on people and eventually just kicked him out. As he was getting kicked out he was yelling " this is how you treat visiting fans??" I really wanted to say "no, this is how we treat thugs" but I didn't want to get the boot as well

Also, while tailgating a couple hundred raider fans all of the sudden surrounded our tailgate and wanted beer/food. I was legit nervous because we weren't in my truck aka didn't have my gun and were severely outnumbered. They hovered for about 30 minutes and then rolled thankfully. Normally we would welcome visiting fans but that bunch looked like they were in a gang and would start shanking people at any minute.

Shows just how far the bar has been lowered in New Orleans.

Oakland has huge gang Territory all over. yeah they were abominations. Where in da holy fack did all of them come from? no way they all flew in from Oakland. i think a bunch were from texas. but yeah pure ghetto trash.

that was also the most opposing fans i have ever witnessed in the dome. that whole damn parade of them outside coming down poydras was unreal. i'm still wondering how many were in there. 3k? 4k?

one randomly told me that I "couldn't afford to visit oakland", although I was confused on where it came from, he didn't like my response of "I wouldn't visit that shite hole if it was a free trip"

what choice do we have? we cannot stop the run and we get no pressure on the passer. might as well blitz and see what happens whther it is a run blitz or pass blitz. we could have 4 deion sanders in our secondary and still get torched because of all the time we gave Carr.

drew would have long since been retired in the old days. haven't we wasted enough of his talents since 2011? when the fack will payton get a damn DOMINANT front 7? we may as well go back to drafting front 7 next year again. need a DE, need a MLB, we can't count on ellerbe or Laurinaitus. Can't count on Kruger. complete shitshow on the front 7.

we do not know if fairley plays out or how rankins does.

biy we sure could use a jim wilks, frank warren , or tony elliot now. for those too young that 3 man front absorbed blocks for the dome patrol to make plays. scrape and fill. scrape and fill.

hell we could use darren howard, laroi glover and joe johnson now something bad also. unreal what a shitfest our D has been.
