The play calling was pretty bad, especially when we built up the huge lead. Instead of just running the ball and keeping the clock going, we were throwing the ball and the pass plays that we called weren't the best.
It's almost like instead of the whole team coming together and completely dominating the Lions, the offense saw the defense's early success and weren't giving it their all the whole game. They had a couple of drives early on that looked good, but after that, wasn't much to be happy about.
All in all, thankful we got a win, but there's definitely some areas of concern, especially when you almost lose after leading by 35. After all the momentum we had and how great our defense was playing, the Lions should have never got the lead down to 7.
