Why did we get rid of Lopez?

We need a center. Was he that big a hit on the salary cap? We are going to have to pay to get another center who is halfway serviceable anyway and we already had that in Lopez. I can see unloading Vasquez with what we have already on the roster, but I don't get getting rid of Lopez. He served a purpose on this team.

wouldn't have evans if we kept him. our crunch time lineup AD will play the 5. we only need a big man to play 15-20 minutes a game. lopez is not irreplaceable, not worth keeping
