Today could very well show how bad management really is by not making a move or 2. It could also show which direction the team is going to go, turn the season around mode or tank mode.
It's 1 of those 3 choices and we'll know in less than 3 hours.

Acquiring draft picks and younger guys on their rookie deals would signify a tank. Not making any moves would be just devastating because there is no indication that this team is tanking this year. They are a team that try's hard to win and falls short every time.
