I'd take him in the second round if he's there.

I've heard the rumors and a few teams have taken him off their boards. I still love his game and he played through it, got to love that toughness. I think he'll still be a 1st round guy. I'd love for us to get back into the 1st to get him.

I don't remember Roy having knee issues before he came into the league. I know D. Blair had something similar and dropped to the 2nd, but had a decent career after. If we could still get 4-5 years of production, like Roy had, I'd still take Valentine at 6. Roy was a monster for that short time. Damn shame for Valentine though..

Roy had knee issues dating back to high school

Valentine's sounds more like Danny Granger's knee issues. More of a precursor of things to come. Valentine only missed 4 games in 4 years of college, so it's not slowing him yet. But cartilage isn't growing back, it's only detiorating

the only issue is at some point you physically can't fight through it.

I loved Brandon Roy. Dude was really underrated. Wishe he could have finished his career. Would have been a special one.

I was wondering why your post had so many downvotes. It started off good.

What lol. I wouldn't take him at 6 without the knee problems.
