I was really hoping for him to go full wolvereke and be back in 2 weeks or so. the line about returning closer to Christmas makes me very sad. hopefully that is just pure unsubstantiated speculation

I thought the timeline was always 6-8 weeks. December 1st is 6 weeks

Yes, that is right at 6 weeks, surgery was 10/20. Will probably take a few weeks to get his legs under him and be up to speed with the system.

hopefully we aren't too far under .500 when he comes back.
I just hope we are no worse than 7-12 come the end of November.

there were rumors going around that the pels were exaggerating timelines. regardless, wolverke often defies the logic of injury timelines. I was hoping to have him back sooner. him coming back at the beginning of December and then likely taking a little while to get in game shape and used to the system does not give me optimism for this year

7-12 would be phenomenal.
