This offensive system is terrible

The ball never moves from side to side. It takes 10-12 seconds just to run sets and get the first look at the basket. The defense is rarely off balance or out of position. There aren't multiple drive and kicks, even though we have the personnel for it. The shot distribution is off. Too many mid-range Js and too few threes. They've taken 23 threes in two games.

Watch good offenses. They don't necessarily play fast, but they make you defend for the entire possession. There's always the threat of a shot. That's certainly not true of Monty's offense.
