If we trade down a few spots with our 10th I'd like us to take Jones. I'm just going by what I see. This kid can play. Good size, good defender, and seems to be unselfish. Could play the 2 or 3.

He cannot play the 2 or 3.

More like the 4 and MAYBE the 3

He's definitely athletic enough to play 2 or 3. He's got enough handle. Opposing 2's and 3's would hate going against him.

No he's not. The Hornets worked him out as a 4. He's definitely a 4/3 tweener.

Lol, pass. He can only play forward or center. It feel like he's redundant. I'll rather trade back and get royce white.

I dont think he's a two, but he will definitely be a good 3/4 player.

But just to warn ya, this board doesn't like TJones very much bc they think he's soft and doesn't shoot well.

But I'm with you, I would love to get him. I feel he's gonna be a very good player.

.... and with this thread we have now officially had a unique thread saying "I'm really liking ______ because _____, _______, and ________" for every conceivable player in the 6-14 range.

Please draft.... hurry up and get here.

He's soft an emotional. Basically a lesser head case of Demarcus cousins.

He will be a better pro player than college player. He's smart, too.

I really like Jones, but I don't get drafting a PF. Davis will lock that position down.

He's a Tweener. Handles are weak for a 3, Range is inconsistent, and lacks post skills. His biggest strength is probably the ability to defend SF/PF. His ideal situation is a transition team that could use his athleticism on the break, rebounding, and defense.

Sounds like a guy we already have... Aminu?

I would love for Aminu to bulk up and slide over more to the 4. If he can retain most of his speed, I think he could become a pretty good player. He just doesn't have the skills to be a regular SF. But he could play there in spots. Hopefully they are building him up over the summer..

Granted, I didn't watch all that much UK this year, but Terrance Jones was a very mediocre scorer unless he was at the rim or in transition. He cannot score like an NBA 2 - not even close IMO.

He would be good defender and a big that can run the floor, but the Hornets team that I watched last year needs a scorer or two.

This. I think he will be a very good NBA 3/4. He's my pick at #10.

Mmmm not so much. He had a little bit of an attitude but he's not even in the same galaxy as Cousins in that regard.

He really came on at the end of the season once his hand healed (pretty nasty dislocated finger) and he got some confidence back. He got much better finishing around the rim, which is what hurt him earlier on. He's a 3/4 guy though. I think he'll be a decent pro wherever he lands.
