We have space so we should get 1 or 2:

Alan Williams
Christian Wood
Cliff Alexander
Jon Holmes
Aaron Harrison
Rob Upshaw
Vince Hunter
Mike Fraizer

I thought all of these guys would be drafted tbh.

Well we do need to fill up the summer league roster and maybe somebody will stand out to keep.

I wasn't expecting anything special with the 56th pick anyway so really don't care that they sold it.

Only AD. Withey was drafted by Portland. Q-Pon by OKC.

Yup especially when most teams do better when they draft their guys and not get them through free agency

This ain't football. In the NBA you might get 4-5 contributors from your drafts.

Then why are guys being sold left and right from the 2012/13 draft?

Tell that to the Warriors, Spurs, Blazers, OKC, so on and so forth. You have to get something from the draft. We have AD. That's it.

Warriors have 5 contributors they've drafted. Spurs have a ton but they're the rarest team since the merger. Blazers have like 2 if you count Alridge and they're breaking up the team so terrible example. OKC has 3 or 4 and they hit the jackpot a couple times.

You can't hit the jackpot selling or trading every pick away.

I'm not expecting us to compete for championships, but we at least need some fun basketball to watch. Hopefully at least Gentry can bring that

OKC was lightining in a bottle, that may never happen again and they may be in bad shape a year from now.

Warriors/Sours hit on late picks and had an awesome coaching staff/style.

We would've had to sell a pick to acquire one tonight so I'm not sure why you're upset. 56 wasn't going to be the jackpot if that's what you're complaining about.

Some just wanted a top 10-15 pick so they'll get excited over something.

Just got extremely lucky that they sucked really badly for a solid stretch.

Durant, Harden, and Westbrook went 2,3,4 respectively. The only worthwhile player on their team that wasn't taken in the top 4 was Serge.

You'd rather us be Philly? Because OKC was the philly before philly.

Yea they'll have a lot to show in the next couple weeks...

I would love to see your and the rest of this board's reaction if Demps draft strategy from this point forward was 7:1 Euro:NCAA.

I'm complaining about a pattern by this FO to basically think they can circumvent the draft and not get anything of value outside of the top 10 picks. Selling the 56th is a caricature of a larger problem. According to posters on here, there were several calls about players on our team. There is no one on this team outside of AD that is indispensable.
