He's a fringe NBA player, but I think he'd be an improvement over Jimmer tbh.

Jimmer is pretty terrible, so there's a good chance that's true.
However I really haven't seen enough of Seth to say he's better than anyone.

Seth has bounced around the NBA long enough for people to not expect much else from him. Bring him and kick the tires, if he pans out great, but counting on him to be a contributor is not a smart plan.
