There is nothing in the current plans for what you are talking about. There is a main bar (access from the suites), but nothing like you are hoping for.

Like I said, I know a general contractor who has discussed the possibility of something like this happening with people involved in the organzation.

If a general contractor is discussing the project with the Owners, then there will be bid fraud for the project, since no general contractor has been awarded the project yet.
If you really want to get proven wrong, I'll grab the set of plans off my desk and scan them for you. I could get in trouble for this as I am not suppose to go into detail publically about the plans that I viewed, but I can promise you their is nothing in the works like you are saying.

What you may be hearing of is an area with a small bar and patio that would be open to the general public, but you wouldn't be able to see the game live from this area (maybe on TV monitors). It is nothing spectacular like you are hearing.

As for the plans regarding the Party Perch, perhaps my friend meant longer term ideas. Point is, if a pool came to fruition I would be one happy fan.
