Did Rubio learn how to shoot? If not, no thanks.

He's steadily improved but not enough to be a good Pels fit unless we get a 2 or 3 that's consistently 38%-40%+.

You get Rubio only if you're moving Jrue to Minny and without a pick. You then use that pick with Moore and others to get Fournier

If Jrue sliding to the 2 worked with Frazier, I can only imagine it with Rubio. Frazier makes Rubio look like John Stockton.

Rubio is equivalent to Jason kidd. Poor shooter, good rebounder, good floor general, and good defender.

It could work. But I'm not sure how we get Rubio and keep Jrue.

id rather sign Teague for free.
What we'd look like and what i'd hope to get from the group.
Teague 13/3/7
Holiday 15/4/6
Hill 6/6/2
Davis 26/11/3
Cousins 23/12/5

No floor spacing. Boogie and AD are the better perimeter shooters (j/k, but maybe). They need someone who can shoot. As has been said, Rubio is an option only if Jrue leaves.

if benson doesnt care about going over the cap it shouldn't be too difficult. clear a little bit of space and we can prob get a 3 pt specialist and then sign teague for about 3/50 (ideal situation) and then use bird to bring holiday back

Pretty sure he was elite from mid-range last year.
