The guy needs to play. He is very athletic for a seven footer and rebounds and blocks well. If he could develop some offensive skills, he could be a decent player.

He is so much better than the Steamer

Where do you find all those Withey pics? Is there a blog or something?

I don't know why steamshit is in the NBA. He's worst than Brian Scalabrini in his hey days.

Withey does just fine, and if he can develop a little 10 footer, he'd be a very serviceable center. He was all over the place on the defensive side.

He obviously doesn't have AD's hops, but he looked pretty quick out there. I bet he can get a lot of the same points AD got last year, like that play where he would hide on the baseline behind the basket and teams would forget about him and he'd have an open dunk.

He looked good last night and I agree he should be playing more than Steamer. Steamer should be the guy they bring in to give Withey and The Big French Guy breaks

But Monty will not break his rotations..Wesley said it perfect last night in the 3rd Qrt, "I don't know why they are keeping this line up on the floor"

I mean Withey was in total beast mode and did not play in the 3rd Qrt...I would have started him in the 3rd

Steamer

I wonder if he's worried about losing his minutes. Early in the game last night he forced a shot so bad it was comical. He basically tried to bulldoze his defender and when that didn't work, rather than passing the ball out, he hurled the ball at the backboard in defiance. It almost went in, but there was absolutely no reason for him to take that shot.
