Congrats to all that answered Dante Cunningham! Dude shot 39.2% from the 3PT line (granted he only took 181 3-pointers all season)

Jordan Crawford was second and shot 38.9%. He took 95 3-pointers in the 19 games he was with us.

FWIW Buddy Hield finished out his rookie year at 39.1% and Langston Galloway shot 39.0% from 3

I know that I'm one of the few, but I'd REALLY like to keep DC. Hustle boards, legit corner shot (though IIRC, he's GREAT from one corner and shitty from the other), and has defensive versatility. I get he's eating into Diallo minutes, but I'd like to have both. Let Motie walk and have AD, Boogie, Ajinca, Diallo, and DC as our bigs, with DC playing the 3 sometimes. Use the full MLE on a 1/2/3.

DC has been the most consistent player on the pels not named AD. I think many here would be very happy to re-sign him

we can still probably get him to sign a team friendly deal next offseason......

...hopefully.

On top of his 3 point shooting, which truly is just from one corner, but who cares if he's making them, he finishes at the rim every time. If you hit him cutting to the goal, he will dunk it. He's found a way to not be a liability on offense. He's nothing special, but he's exactly the kind of guy you want on your team as a reserve making little money.

I'm fairly confident he's a Pel next year, unless we are doing some crazy uneven trade and need to create space, which i don't foresee happening.

I think DC is a guy thats been through a lot in his career and life and brings a maturity to the team. If he can consistently makes 3's, hustle, and play defense the way he has, he will have a place in the NBA
