Question for season ticket holders...

Have you guys been receiving any info from the Pelicans on any regular basis, or anything recent with the season approaching? I know that some have said they were asked about printed tickets vs. card, etc. I bought season tickets for the first time several months ago, and have not received a single piece of correspondence from the organization since then. That just seems odd. Do you normally hear from your reps on any regular basis with info on the upcoming season?

ETA: Tried logging into my account, and the email apparently is linked with an account, but it says I have to contact the box office to access my account - which I will do later today.
