This being SuperBowl week and all why coukdnt we have any home games this week? All the tourists in New Orleans could go to a game and we have an exciting young team to watch. Obviously yhis road trip has something to do with the fact that its SuperBowl week in Nola but what would have been the issue with us having any home games during the week? It would give tourists another thing to do as well.

Are you in the city right now?

First of all, traffic is insane. Second of all,my connection in Security reports that the perimeter from Champions Square to the Dome to the Arena is closed off to the public for staffing and security measures.

It simply wouldn't work.

Have you been downtown this week? Poydras is completely blocked off by the dome and it's almost impossible to get near the Arena. No way they could have a game this week.

Impossible with all that's going on around the Dome and arena. Hell it was congested enough for the last game with all the additional personnel and construction. Otherwise, I agree it would be a great idea.

As others have said, too much shite going on. Same with Mardi Gras. But I agree, would be nice to have people get to watch some bball at those times.

I have another issue with this weeks scheduling though, 5 games and 2 b2b. bullshite, I say.
