I'll say 38 with a +/- of 2 games.
In the "tank for Wiggins/win to attract LeBron/Carmelo/Irving" season, I think the win totals will be high and the loss totals will be low.
Unfortunately for us, we are in a division of guys who want to win.

48-50. We are going to be the feel good story of the NBA this year.
Jrue Holiday is underrated. Dude won 38 games last year with vastly inferior talent to what he'll be working with in NOLA. Some people just know how to win.
The division thing is over-hyped. That just means we play our divisional opponents 4 times every year instead of rotating 3/4 games a year.
