We should definitely get Randolph, and one more PF in FA. That way, we can start an all-PF line up with Davis, Anderson, Randolph, Smith, and the other FA.

That is just wishful thinking by some people. It's completely 100% made up.

He's amazeballs.

That's a completely cockamamie figure. Until we move Gordon we don't have much room to operate. If you cut everyone but the Finishing 5 and Rivers you have $55.6 million in salary and roster holds.

Yep, that figure is off by better than $40M.

New Orleans Pelicans (They can try to $6.6 million under the cap, but that’s not much more than the $5.3 million Mid-Level Exception, which they’d need to renounce to get under.) Read more at https://www.basketballinsiders.com/full-2014-15-nba-cap-space-projections/#AptM3fw0RkkkEyVk.99

ETA: Just went back and reread the article in the OP. The OP misstated the facts. The articles says that New Orleans has $47M committed to contracts for 2014-2015.

Zack Randolph

Unless someone throws a ton of money at Zbo he will be back in Memphis next year.

It will likely be a 3 year deal for less money. He has said repeatedly that he wants to retire here.

Marc Gasol said he will step in if he needs to when they are trying to work with Zbo on a contract
