If we win today, we will be 4 games behind the 8th spot. Won't be easy but is very possible to get that 8th spot. You never know, we could upset the Warriors in 7 games.

Maybe EG coming back like he did last year helps, but you still have Norris Cole dragging the team down. Probably the only hope for the playoffs would be to waive Cole and pick up Lawson and have Lawson play well in Gentry's system.

I really don't know why people do this to themselves. This season is lost. Even if they make the 8th seed, the season is still lost.

2007 Best of 7 Warriors (42-40) beat Mavericks (67-15)
2011 Best of 7 Grizzlies (43-36) beat Spurs (61-21)
2012 Best of 7 Lockout and Rose blew out his ACL 76ers (35-31) beat Bulls (50-16)
So we could beat the Warriors if we make the playoffs.

Not gonna lie, there is something appealing about this level of optimistic self-delusion.
