This years class has been the weakest top 5 since 2006
If AD weren't in last years crop, this would be back to back sub standard drafts.

I'm hoping Monty and Dell pull off some kind of trade.

Last years draft was very good. ad, mkg, beal, waiters were all in rising stars challenge. Thomas Robinson is good to, but hasnt had the opportunity yet. The worst ones are 2011, 2006, 2004. they all have their stars, not every draft can be good. plus i hate it when people say it will be a weak draft, they don't know that for sure, who knows, maybe the best draft ever

If we could get as lucky as OKC for 3 straight drafts.

Just seeing this written down is so nasty. What a solid top 5. And its amazing that 3 of them play for the same team.

That 2006 draft is up there with the Stromile Swift draft as being all-time worst.

What I can deduce from these results is that nothing can be deduced. It's a crapshoot

It looked like they took who was expected at their pick. if not they would have taken another very good player looking at the other players in that draft. I think OKC drafting skills are overrated. It isn't like they drafted like the Spurs who grabbed guys like Ginobli, Parker, Splitter, and Leonard later in the draft.

I still think Beal and Drummond will be very good. That Lillard kid isnt bad either

The '04 and '06 drafts were terrible at the top. Still too early to judge the last two classes

Yeah, there are a few that are shining early.

Lilliard and Drummond aren't in the top five.

As a Rockets fan, I disagree with both parts of this statement. His athleticism is impressive, but that was the only impressive aspect of his game. And we certainly gave him an opportunity. He was beat out by D-Mo, who was later beat out by Greg Smith and Terrance Jones. I don't see Robinson having anything more than an average career.
