Just basing this on how Hield plays when I'm watching vs. not watching.
Personally, if the deal lasts indefinitely, I do it for one season. After that, I need to be on the payroll.

Absolutely. 1 championship kills the notion that you cant win here and people will be off ADs arse to get a championship from another team.

I would even do it for a first round playoff win. Not seeing a game for a season would suck, but it would be worth the confidence boost that we get + getting the attention of the likes of Gaahhwden Haywahhhd.

Hmm...seeing as all the games would be at 2am or later, in exchange for a chip...that sounds fair.

I did this with LSU baseball the last time they went to the CWS
everytime i woudl turn on a game somethign bad woudl happen.

what would be the reason you couldn't see the games in your scenario? If it was due to you were on a year long vacation to a beautifull vacation spot? or more along the lines that you had terminal cancer that or in a CCU on life support and had more important stuff to deal with type situation? IN the first case I would definitely have no care in the world as to how the pelicans were doing. Same in the second scenario.

maybe you decided to drop cable and don't do streaming or no internet also and are just going with a antenna. Probably wouldn't be able to catch to many games off the antenna. Could still listen on the radio though if you wanted to. Also in this scenario you couldn't buy a ticket to the games either.
