Keep AD and Jrue, send everyone else - coaching staff and front office included - packing.
These aren't the guys long-term, and this isn't how we hold onto AD. I am FAR from a nega-Pel, but I think I've seen enough.

There are a bunch of selfish by nature players on the roster and that's a killer. GSW and Spurs play team basketball.

Miami's currently the 3 seed, unless they can flip those 2nds for win now players they'd never do that. Rumor is that they've been dangling Winslow because Riley knows his time is limited and doesn't care about dumping a good future player if it helps them win now.

for NOP, you re-sign whiteside, stretch asik next year. see if you can get deng to re-sign (if not, he's a 10MM expiring), as well as green

Windhorst was on Zach Lowe's podcast recently and had this to say about Whiteside
To answer the OP, you absolutely have to blow this roster up. We aren't winning shite as it's constructed, but I don't know if we have the mngmt to get us back on track.

Yeah, but that's not the issue. You just traded about 90 minutes of productivity per game for 40 minutes of productivity (Winslow is already at 27 MPG so his minutes wouldn't go up much). I guess they have Birdman to take Whiteside's minutes, but Green and Deng are offensive wing minutes that Winslow isn't going to replace. They'd need to get at least 1 rotation worthy wing with the 2nds.

The 76ers do not have Anthony Davis
See GS with Curry or OKC with Durant. You have a transcendent player, you just need to acquire picks and hit on them. Add complimentary FA. Rebuild goes from having no end in sight to 2-3 years with Davis
