Look all I'm saying is the thought that there are so many back up PGs who are as good as cole seems kinda weird to me bc I don't think the players we have been playing last 2 or 3 years are as good as him. The back ups that is. I like KJ but not enough to trade cole and him straight up. Who would be someone we could sign to help shore up the back up pg spot if we did it? Don't say Douglas bc there is reason he has never done anything for us

It doesn't really matter, Houston needing to use part of it's MLE to complete a S&T basically means a S&T isn't happening.

Decent is in the eye of the beholder. But that's sort of the point. The other possibilities are roughly the same to me, whereas McDaniel (or a guy like him) is more of a need on the roster in my mind. He's no sure thing at all, but I'd rather gamble there. Each his own.

No new news yet, but MM tweeted this.
1) Who is Hollis Thompson? Stats say he's a 6'8 SF/SG that hits the 3 at 40%
2) Is a 6'8 3 point shooting wing on a rookie deal really available for a 2nd? If so what's wrong with him?
I see he went to Georgetown which is why MM has interest.
