He finished with 10.0 reb so he was much closer to only having met the 20 points and neither the rebound or blocks than he was to meeting the 10 rebs and 3 blocks.

8.5 wasn't the line that I bet.

20.8/10/2.8 is matching 20/10/3. it's not exceeding but to say it's not matching is retarded, it is damn near equivalent. if you want to get technical it's exceeding it. 20.8 > 20 by more than 3 > 2.8

Well I knew chances were stacked against him to do something that only 3 all time greats had done bc I knew he wasn't in the same league as those fellas, FUNBunch thought Davis WAS and could match that type of season. He didn't. Clearly that makes me the knowledgeable one.

That's not a display of knowledge. Now had you said something like, "Monty can't possibly keep playing Roberts so many minutes at PG, he has to learn eventually, the defense will get better and AD will get fewer blocks" then that would have been an impressive display of knowledge. Saying "I don't think AD is as good as these other all time greats, therefore he is incapable of accomplishing a similar feat" is not good logic. Even if you are correct in your assessment of where AD stands historically, nearly every list has a few outliers on it. This was you getting lucky, not being knowledgeable.

20/10/3 is 20/10/3 not 20/10/2.8

When you're comparing to a specific number that's only been done 3 times you don't round up. If rounding was allowed there would be more than 3 seasons that met the criteria.

It was a prediction, albeit a knowledgeable one. I'll give myself that.

y'all got the playoffs to look forward to but here you are. the fear of the future is obvious here.

Precisely. Rockettards know they are about to have a first round exit, so they are puffing their chests before they get deflated.

I say this with all due respect, you're one of three things: A complete troll, dumb as hell, or a completely disingenuous person.

Which is it?

Why does it have to be one?

He's just insecure because he knows Davis is better than Howard already after just 2 seasons

I said "With all due respect", so you don't have to get all mad about it.

No you wrote "with all do respect"... I'm not the type to call other people out though. Maybe you can learn from that.

Looks like it says "due" up there to me? I don't know what you are talking about.

I say this with all do respect, you're one of two things: A person who edits Do to due, or a person who "edits" his posts but doesn't change what was written.

when was this? ryno got injured in preseason, came back for a little while then went out again. there was only a very small stretch where everyone was healthy.
That's one injury. I'm talking about until the team was decimated where multiple guys were missing for long periods of time.

Or maybe it's because this is Tigerdroppings... and LSU website, where the Pelicans fans would naturally have the largest number of posters of any team.

So of course, discussing basketball with Pelicans fans is inevitable here. I like discussing basketball. Even Pelicans basketball.

And seeing as how the playoffs have not started yet, there isn't much basketball to discuss.

P.S... the Rockets very well could lose in the first round. They are playing a good team. A team with an identical record. Even if that happens, it has nothing to do with the Pelicans.

tyreke was also injured in the pre season and was clearly still hampered by it even though he started the regular season. that's 2 of our top players who were injured in the preseason.
