People keep propping Monty up, but he was NOT a good head coach. He was FANTASTIC calling plays out of timeouts. He was FANTASTIC winning games that the team had no business winning (like if AD and Boogie missed this game, Monty would find a way to get a win). But otherwise, that was it. He was the absolute worst at giving young players gametime, even if they were better players than the vets.
