Oh yeah he's one of those guys that were part of Lebron's rag tag group of guys early in the Kings career.

He's a lot like alan anderson
Anderson came back after 5+ years overseas and has had a decently productive couple of years.
No harm in kicking the tires and it's at least clear they're looking for an SF.
ETA: He shot 36.2% in 207 attempt in 2012 with sioux falls. 42.1% on 95 attempts for Krasnie Krilya-VTB.
