He has to come to the realization that he doesn't have that great of a supporting cast. You need a team of competent guys and this team doesn't have enough of them.

It was very obvious late in the game. He's pissed. Jrue has been really good of late. Asik, Cole and BDJ have been solid. Ryno has fallen off of a cliff and no one else is doing jack shite for us. AD needs to step up, though. He obviously has stretches where he isn't giving 100%. He's still very inconsistent on defense. I want the losses to keep piling up, but AD needs to play pissed.
