I've heard the construction on the pool has been slower than anticipated, so I'm not sure if that feature will be ready this season.
Other than that, the Party Perch seems like a great deal.

Don't listen to Heady about the pool thing, he is trolling.
It is new this year. There will be a band area and a bar. Should be a neat spot to catch the games.
